Walking is the best form of exercise! When you are walking, you are exercising every part of the body. Every muscle, every bone, every ligament, and every tendon. The reason walking works every part of the body is because as you are walking, you are also taking in more oxygen. This allows the digestive tract to work better, the elimination system to work better, the heart pumps, brain function increases, sugar and blood pressure levels go down, the waistline goes in, the blood gets healthier, and the energy level goes up. Everything happens because of oxygen because you are getting those deeper inspirations of air that the body needs for you to do well and repair. The best kind of walking is good brisk walking. Again, all the body’s processes work better when you exercise them. God placed man in the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. Even though he was a perfect being that was supposed to live forever, God still put him to work and made him a farmer. God knew if you did not use it, you would lose it. Walk forty-five minutes to an hour at a time, four to five times a week. The body will thank you so much for giving it the best exercise of all

Hello, I’m Brother Franco Taylor. This week, we will explore the first of eight letters in the acronym the B.I.B.L.E.W.A.Y. to Health. The letter “B” stands for the “BEST food and combinations”. This represents the first of the all natural prescriptions from the Great Physician. We will compare each letter, biblically and scientifically, for soundness.

Scripture shows that, in Genesis 1:29 and 3:18, God gave Adam and Eve their first foods: Fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables. It must have been the best foods because God would only give them the best food materials for sustaining their lives. By eating it, they were to live forever. Scientifically, in 1984 the heart, diabetes, cancer, and all other health foundations agreed that, if man would eat more fiber (fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables), the incidences of those diseases would all but disappear.

In 1986, the Cancer Society (in its Designer Foods Program) proved that the healing substances in raw fruits and vegetables (vitamins, minerals, and, especially, chlorophyll) would block and inhibit the growth of cancer and A.I.D.s cells. So, how does it work? Simply. Eat either raw fruits or vegetables with every meal; never eat or mix fruit and vegetables at the same meal because this will cause indigestion and flatulence (gas passing). A good rule is to eat two or three fruits with breakfast; also, eat a big leafy green salad with lunch and supper. Remember at the broad base of the government backed food pyramid is seven–nine (7-9) helpings of fruits, grain, and vegetables.

So, there you have it. All the health foundations, the F.D.A., and science, itself, agree with God’s Word that fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables are the best foods. They are not the only foods. They are, significantly, the BEST foods.
